{News} A24 and Ti West Present X
So listen, I have a complex relationship with Ti West movies. I really enjoyed the slow burn (some might even call this boring) that was the Innkeepers. My love of that movie is partially why I knew Orrin Grey and I would get along like pees and carrots. In case you were wondering, I am definitely the type of person that would be okay dying if it meant I would know for sure that there were monsters, ghosts, and other scary things. All of that being said I really did not enjoy House of the Devil. I thought it pandered to a sense of nostalgia that didn’t feel right to me, and frankly I thought it was pretty mean spirited. Ti West and A24 are teeming up for his newest film X. A film by the look of the trailer is full of meanness of the House with a bit of storytelling I loved so much about the Innkeepers. So you can color me intrigued. Check out the trailer below and let me know how you feel about the newest trailer for X.

Release Date: It looks like A24 is pretty clear on the March 18th release date. While A24 did release The Green Knight VOD early it was still a movie best viewed in the theatre. My hope is that by March 18 we have moved beyond Omicron and all of us will feel comfortable going to the theatre by then.
